Yinka is a legal and compliance expert with more than six years of experience. She started her career at A.I. Adebayo & Co. as an associate at the firm’s corporate and litigation department. Within a period of a year, she rendered advice on various legal issues, carried out due diligence for different clients, and ensured regulatory compliance in the recovery of loans and processing of mortgage transactions. As an associate at Corporate and Commercial Practice Group at Law Update Consultancy, she continued rendering advice on legal issues and prepared the originating processes as well as concluded cases on recovery of debt of over 200 million naira.

Following this, she joined Top-Notch Legal Practitioners as an associate at the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. She was able to provide counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters and advised clients concerning their businesses, transactions, claim liability, legal rights, and obligations. She was also involved in corporate structuring and documentation advisory.

Yinka is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).

She has a Bachelor’s of Law (LL.B.) from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, and a Barrister at Law (B.L.) from Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus.
