Toheeb Oladipo Kawojue is a legal and compliance professional with experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance and legal advisory within the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, he is a qualified legal practitioner in Nigeria.

He currently serves as the Legal and Compliance Officer where he provides support across the Company’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions. His responsibilities include regulatory reporting and filings, compliance monitoring, KYC/AML and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, review and drafting of commercial agreements, and engagement with regulatory authorities, particularly in relation to the Company’s investment and financial services activities.

His professional experience also covers corporate transactions, legal documentation, regulatory advisory and the development and implementation of compliance processes and controls. He has been involved in supporting regulatory inspections, reviewing internal policies and procedures, and ensuring that the Company’s operations remain aligned with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
