Victoria is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over eight years of work experience in foreign exchange monitoring, banking supervision, investment portfolio management, and financial risk analysis.

She started her career PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Tax and Regulatory Services Intern, where she supported financial statement audits, tax advisory, and regulatory compliance assignments. She subsequently worked with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) during her national mandatory service year, contributing to tax compliance reviews, financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and public finance initiatives.

She joined Liberty Holdco as a Finance Analyst, where she played a key role in financial restructuring, transaction advisory, capital allocation and due diligence for acquisition and structured finance transactions.

She subsequently joined Leadway Assurance Company Limited as Principal, Investment Strategy and Special Projects, where she managed local and foreign currency investment portfolios, led strategic finance initiatives, executed capital raising transactions, conducted valuation and investment analysis, and provided strategic support to executive management and Board Investment Committees.

She worked in the Banking Supervision Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), where she monitored foreign exchange operations, conducted financial risk assessments, evaluated capital adequacy, and provided strategic advisory reports on financial market stability and regulatory compliance, prior to joining Finserve.

She is also a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Victoria earned a BSc. in Accounting and Finance (First Class Honors) from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, England. Also, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
